Welcome to the Service. By using it you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides network acceleration and privacy client software and related services. You are responsible for your own device and internet connection.
2. Account
You must register with a valid email, keep your account and password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to attack or disrupt networks, or to send spam. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple ID account.
- A subscription renews automatically 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you turn it off beforehand.
- You can manage or cancel renewal at any time in Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions on your device.
- Renewal is charged at the period and price of the selected plan; price changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Fees and Refunds
Purchases take effect immediately. Refunds are handled under the App Store refund policy and must be requested from Apple.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its client software, trademarks, and content are owned by its operator or licensors.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network interruption, or similar events beyond the fees you have paid.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post updates on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
